A familiar brand in an unfamiliar venue.

An international exhibition adds another layer to the usual stand decisions. The design may need to work with a new floor plan, local suppliers, different submission processes and a longer logistics route. A consistent brand experience depends on translating the brief into requirements that everyone can use.

Zeno Exhibition helps Singapore-based teams plan international exhibition projects around the destination and event. We connect design intent with the agreed local production, installation and coordination scope. Early clarity on responsibilities, approvals and equipment movement gives your team a more useful view of what must happen before opening day.

Keep the identity coherent

Carry the essential details with you.

Brand consistency starts with a practical design package. Record the elements that matter most: logo treatment, colours, key materials, product presentation and the visitor journey. That gives local teams a clear basis for adapting the booth to the available space and production methods.

Define the non-negotiables

Identify the features that must stay consistent and those that can adapt to the venue.

Make approvals easy to follow

Use a current drawing and artwork set with named decision-makers and revision dates.

Connect the home team and the destination.

A clear sequence keeps decisions, responsibilities and delivery connected. We agree the scope and programme around your specific project.

01Map the destination brief

Share the event, venue, dates, floor plan and exhibitor manual. Identify the decision-makers, products, equipment and brand requirements that must travel with the project.

02Develop the delivery approach

Compare local production, rental and transported components where relevant. Align the design with the chosen approach and identify specialist suppliers, approvals and information deadlines.

03Coordinate approvals and movement

Maintain a shared programme for drawings, graphics, production, freight and venue services. Confirm handover points between teams so each supplier knows what they receive and what they must deliver.

04Install, review and close out

Coordinate the agreed local installation and handover scope. Plan the return, storage or disposal of each item before dismantling, and capture useful information for the next event.

Look beyond the stand build.

An overseas exhibition budget needs a clear view of the destination costs and the items moving between locations. Compare like-for-like delivery scopes.

Production approach

Local fabrication, rental, transported components and finish requirements affect both the design and the cost structure.

Movement & handling

Packing, freight, venue handling, specialist lifting and return arrangements depend on the actual inventory and route.

Local services & coordination

Electrical services, audiovisual equipment, installation access, local labour and project coordination should be assigned in the proposal.

Plan with a clearer picture.

Can a Singapore team coordinate an overseas exhibition with Zeno?

International exhibition management is part of our service range. Send the event and destination first so we can review the project requirements and confirm the proposed local delivery and coordination scope.

Should we ship the booth or build it locally?

That depends on the booth components, destination, event schedule and future use. Compare the full cost and practical implications of production, packing, freight, handling and return rather than choosing from the build cost alone.

Can you adapt our existing booth design for another country?

An existing design is a useful starting point. It needs to be checked against the new footprint, venue rules, available materials, equipment and production approach. Share both the design files and any component inventory.

Who handles freight and customs arrangements?

These responsibilities need to be agreed with the appointed freight and destination specialists. Provide an accurate inventory and schedule early. Requirements vary by destination and goods, so the project plan should rely on the relevant provider’s confirmed instructions.

How do we keep branding consistent across events?

Use a controlled set of brand assets, drawings and artwork, with clear priorities for colour, materials and product presentation. Agree review points and suitable samples or progress evidence before production decisions become difficult to change.

Can the project run without our team being on site for installation?

Remote coordination can be discussed as part of the scope. Agree who can approve work locally, what progress evidence is needed and how unresolved items are escalated. A clear handover process is especially important when the brand team arrives later.

How much lead time is needed?

The programme depends on the destination, design complexity, local approvals and movement of products or components. Start with the event dates and manual, then work backwards with the responsible suppliers to establish a realistic schedule.

Do you support several overseas shows as a programme?

A programme can align the core brand experience, recurring equipment and potential reuse across events. Each destination still requires its own technical and logistics review. Share the calendar and expected footprints so these dependencies can be considered together.
